What is Fellowship Baptist like?
Fellowship, like our name, is very important to us. At Fellowship Baptist Church, you will be welcomed by some of the friendliest people in Wilmington! Our goal is to make you feel like you belong. You are welcome to worship together with our church family. You will find many people who are dedicated to following and serving our Lord Jesus Christ.
Ask any of our greeters and they will be more than happy to direct you to the auditorium, classrooms and answer any questions you may have.
What kind of music do you have?
We are more traditional in our music style. Music is inseparable from worship, and we love music at Fellowship! Our hope is that you will be blessed and encouraged through our musicians, choir, and special music. Congregational music gives everyone an opportunity to sing with grace in their hearts to the Lord.
What do I wear?
Sunday is a special day for us. That is why many of us will be dressier on Sunday morning than any other time of the week. However, no one should be discouraged from attending. Every one has a place at Fellowship. We are a blend of people with many different styles.
What is the preaching like?
Pastor Arnold Griffin has dedicated his life to preaching the Gospel. You can expect a message that is Holy-Spirit directed, delivered from a heart of sincere love for people. The Scriptures are the source of our message.
What about my children?
Each Sunday morning we have a children's church that meets during the message time. Children are dismissed from the auditorium just before the message. Children are then given an age appropriate message.
A nursery is provided for all children from infant to 2 years of age.
